At Chandler Ray the welfare of our staff as well as our clients and the community is our absolute priority. In response to the spread of COVID-19, we would like to reassure our clients that we are following Government advice and putting measures in place to help mitigate the risk of infections.
In the weeks ahead, it is inevitable that our day to day activity may be affected, however we hope that disruption to you will be kept to a minimum and we will be able to continue to offer our services whilst following Government guidance. You will appreciate though that as the situation develops and guidance changes our working practices and communication with you is likely to change.
Although many of our staff are already working from home, our office is still open. However we are keeping appointments to an absolute minimum and we ask that you book a telephone appointment instead as necessary. If you need to visit the office please ring us before doing so.
Please be assured that we will do all we can continue to provide a full service to clients. You can of course continue to email and telephone us in the usual way.
